What a fantastic event this is. The weather in January is great, lots of boats competing, terrific after race activities and expertly conducted races. It's a sailboat racer's dream. This year four boats from Santa Barbara made the trek to Key West - Bernie Girod's J/105 "Rock & Roll" (my ride), Loren Colahan's Melges 24 "Lounge Act" and John and Deneen's two boat "Groovederci" program featuring Deneen in the Mumm 30 and John in the Farr 40.
